The Strathcona Community Health Network (SCHN) is a place where people with wide-ranging backgrounds, roles and perspectives can come together to take action on issues that impact health and well-being in their communities. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of communities in the Strathcona region by focusing on root causes before people get sick.

Community Housing Profiles

The importance of setting up strong processes for collaboration has come up in all our meetings and consultations. In March 2018 the Campbell River and District Coalition to End Homelessness (website coming soon) held their first meeting at the Campbell River library.
